Dave was supposed to get his painful wisdom teeth out March 20-something but had to cancel because we ran it by both our dental and our medical insurance companies and they both were like “oh, yeah, we don’t doooo that ….”

And we pay what feels like a CRAPLOAD for insurance.

We were soooo mad. Dave feels your pain.

I hate our insurance company. Both of them. They’ve caused me WAY too many headaches.

Did you run it thru your medical or dental insurance? If it’s impacted and you need to be put to sleep for the procedure, your medical insurance should pick up the tab.

Also, I highly advise against OD’ing on Advil (although I understand the need after waiting to get a root canal last year). I used to take it on an empty stomach ALL THE TIME and it never bothered me. I basically have permanent inflammation of the lining of my stomach now, and I get nauseous whenever I take Advil/Tylenol.

That SUCKS, and I couldn’t agree with you more. I’ve become one of those people that doesn’t go to the doctor because it’ll cost a million dollars – WITH insurance.

Seriously? That’s really lame, your insurance should pay for that. Wisdom teeth removal isn’t an uncommon procedure.
